Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders

In the event that you need to return or exchange a product you have purchased on our website, we offer a 14-day full return policy after receiving your item with the exception of sale or clearance items and items listed below. All sale items are deemed final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

To initiate a return or exchange, click HERE. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item remains in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags intact. Additionally, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, we will gladly provide a refund. Please note that returns that are not in resealable condition and without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. However, in cases where the item is defective or due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses or send out a replacement.
